This role will be based remotely and involves providing HR support, maintaining the HR Information System, owning global projects, and partnering with managers and employees.
Main responsibilities include answering team members' queries, processing new hires, offering benefits and payroll assistance, creating purchase orders, conducting regular audits, and continually improving processes.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong track record of achievement from high school and graduate studies, internship experience in an HR/People team, excellent communication skills, ability to prioritize complex workloads, manage time effectively, and work well under pressure.
