About The Role
If you thrive in an environment where relationships are equally as important as administration, then this may be the role for you! This role will suit someone with previous Office or Medical Receptionist experience, looking for the next step in their career. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in growing the local referral network and supporting the clinics' growth. Your high organisational capabilities and understanding of medical health practice processes will determine your success in this role.
What You’ll Do
* Ensure clients have a positive experience from their first contact
* Manage a small team of administrative staff, including rostering and recruiting
* Support marketing and business development by building relationships with GPs and healthcare professionals
* Manage diary, triage, and schedule patient appointments
* Maintain accurate patient records
* Handle reception duties and patient enquiries, including website inquiries
* Assist with end-of-month financial reporting, invoicing, and accounts management
* Process patient accounts, including billing, collections, and reconciliations
* Perform other administrative functions as required
