Maeve Wine is a busy European bar and restaurant in South Brisbane at the entrance to the Fish Lane dining precinct. We are looking for an experienced kitchen hand to join our small but dedicated team. We are looking for someone with experience in a similar role.
The role includes:
- clean kitchen bench tops, floors, ovens and range
- retrieve food items as requested by chefs
- assist with food preparation
- wash dishes, pots and utensils
- take rubbish downstairs to main bins and retrieve gas cylinders
In return we pay award wage plus tips and ensure a safe and happy work environment with a small and professional, always respectful and fun team of chefs and front of house staff. We are looking for someone with a sunny disposition who is fast, strong and efficient.
The hours are Wednesday, Friday and Saturday nights totalling roughly 25 hours per week.
