Role
Lubrication System Installer — Toowoomba branch. The role involves installation of automatic lubrication systems onto current and used earthmoving, mining and fixed plant machinery. You will work independently and, at times, in a small team, often following installation guides and under the direction of supervisors. The role requires coordinating with customers, working to customer build schedules, and maintaining a high standard of workmanship, professionalism and personal work ethic. There may be diversified work including the manufacture of hydraulic hose and tube assemblies for kit supplies.
Responsibilities
* Install lubrication systems on machinery, often with installation guides and under supervision as required.
* Work independently or in small teams to complete installations.
* Coordinate with customers and adhere to customer build schedules.
* Maintain high standards of workmanship, professionalism, and personal work ethic.
* At times, undertake manufacture of hydraulic hose and tube assemblies for kit supplies.
What you'll need to succeed
* Strong focus on safety.
* Experience in installation of equipment; various trade qualifications will be considered.
* Attention to detail and high-quality workmanship.
* Robust interpersonal skills and the ability to relate to people.
* Disciplined and mature work ethic.
* Ability to work unsupervised.
* Experience in industrial, mining or manufacturing environments.
* Good mechanical aptitude and willingness to engage in training and learn new skills.
* Driver's License.
