As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, implementing streamlined processes and providing exceptional customer service.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assisting with property management administrative work
- Following established procedures
- Liaising with contractors and external stakeholders
- Handling all calls and delegating to the appropriate person
- Database management
- Prepare marketing material if required
- General ad-hoc administrative duties
**Requirements:
- Previous real estate experience highly desirable
- Accountability to deliver high-level customer service
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Must have excellent presentation
