Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivating Aqua Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to deliver safe and effective classes, and possess a Certificate III in Fitness.
Main Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and safe Aqua classes tailored to varying abilities and fitness levels.
* Motivate and support participants through positive feedback and encouragement.
* Monitor participant safety and provide guidance on proper technique and class intensity.
* Assist in maintaining equipment and supporting the general operations of the Fitness Centre.
* Collaborate with the team to promote classes and enhance the overall member experience.
Requirements
A minimum Certificate III in Fitness is required for this role. Additionally, current First Aid and CPR certification is necessary.
