Role Overview
The Organisational Change Manager leads and implements change management activities to support the successful adoption of ICT capabilities. The role focuses on the people aspects of change, including business processes, technology adoption, workforce readiness, and organisational transformation.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement change management strategies and plans for ICT capability deployments.
* Conduct change impact assessments and business readiness planning to support operational transition.
* Lead stakeholder engagement and communication across business, technical, and leadership groups.
* Coordinate training, awareness, and change adoption activities to ensure effective uptake of new systems.
* Establish and support Change Champion networks to promote change initiatives.
* Monitor and report on readiness, adoption metrics, and change risks.
* Maintain documentation and support knowledge transfer and continuous improvement of change practices.
