As a Housing Services Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of client-centered services to individuals and families who seek housing assistance or reside in public housing.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assess clients' needs and provide advice on housing options from established policy, procedures and standards.
* Prepare routine cases with well-established procedures and represent the Department at Victorian Civil Administrative Tribunal (VCAT).
Requirements:
* Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency, or valid work permit/visa.
* Applicants must submit a CV and Cover Letter outlining their suitability to the role in line with the Key Selection Criteria.
