To continue our success, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager. This role is a parental leave cover of 13 months (21 July 2025 - 31 August 2026).
Role Responsibilities
Lead FP&A processes: Oversee financial performance monitoring and reporting in ANZ, including AOP, monthly forecasts, and month-end close.
Collaborate with teams: Work closely with various finance and business teams on forecasting and planning.
Ensure accurate reporting: Maintain the accuracy and integrity of ANZ financial management reporting.
Analyze and manage risks: Conduct financial analyses and track risks and opportunities.
Cash flow planning: Manage the Operating Cashflow planning process for ANZ to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications
Degree and CA/CPA qualified with FP&A or financial accounting experience.
Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Commercial acumen and curiosity.
Organizational skills and knowledge of systems like TM1, HFM, SAP, and Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
