The progressive Shire of East Pilbara offers an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Aquatic Officer (Duty Manager) in Newman.
Key Responsibilities
Work in an aquatic facility, applying procedures and standards relevant to leisure and aquatic facilities and programs.
Utilise a wide range of tools for plant facility management safely.
Maintain safety practices and ensure effective communication within the team.
Provide support to the team in achieving the Shire's Vision and Objectives.
Qualifications & Requirements
A current LIWA Accreditation or willingness to obtain.
A current Working with Children Check or ability to obtain.
A current Pool Plant Operators Certificate (LIWA).
A current Pool Lifeguard Certificate.
Current 003 First Aid Certificate.
Proven self-management, time-management and organisational skills.
Understanding of safety practices and effective communication skills.
