About the role Seeking a dedicated Site Manager to lead on-site operations, ensuring our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the companies uncompromising standards of quality. This role is the most important part of our ground operations and is pivotal in delivering the dream homes that transform everyday living into an extraordinary experience for our clients and the community. Key Responsibilities * Oversee daily construction activities to ensure progress aligns with project schedules. * Maintain a minimun 4 week lead on the project schedule to ensure progress and avoid delays * Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site staff * Lead by example, managing the welfare of all workers on site and fostering a positive, productiveenvironment. * Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholder * Safety and compliance * Quality assurance and Problem solving * Project Coordination and Documentation Skills & experience * A Valid Site Supervisor License * A Trade Background, with a Certifciate IV in Building Construction or a Diploma in Builders registration * 3 years experience as a Site Supervisor with experience in high end residential or commerical construction * Strong knowledge in of Queensland and New South Wales building regulations * Proficency in Microsoft Office and Project Management tools * Valid drivers license Culture Bringing together people through quality, integrity, transparency, professionalism to respond to the desire of each individual client About us Frontline Recruitment Group was established in 1995 and is made up of Industry specific verticals with specialist consultants working to help match great candidates with great career opportunities.
