This is a true strategic business partnering role suited to a senior HRBP who thrives in complexity, confidently challenges thinking, and brings a pragmatic, commercially aligned approach to people strategy and execution.
You will play a critical role in uplifting leadership capability, navigating an engaged and at times demanding workforce, and driving sustainable change across the business.
Key responsibilities
* Partner with senior leaders to shape and execute aligned people strategies
* Lead complex employee relations and organisational matters with confidence and sound judgement
* Drive and embed change and transformation initiatives across multiple business units
* Coach and uplift leaders to build capability, accountability and consistency
* Lead workforce planning, organisational design and structural alignment initiatives
* Translate business strategy into practical, scalable people solutions using data and insights
* Implement talent, succession and leadership development strategies
* Influence and support recruitment outcomes in partnership with leaders
* Identify systemic challenges and deliver sustainable, enterprise-wide improvements
Your Profile
You are a seasoned HR Business Partner with relevant qualifications who brings:
* Proven experience supporting senior stakeholders in complex, professional environments (ideally within technology, engineering, consulting or similar)
* Strong capability in change management and organisational transformation
* Confidence managing a highly skilled, driven workforce with professionalism and balance
* A track record of uplifting leadership capability and influencing decision-making at a senior level
* Deep expertise across ER, workforce planning and organisational design
* A commercially minded, solutions-focused approach with the ability to navigate ambiguity
