Practice Manager Position
We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to join our team as we prepare for significant growth in customer volumes.
The practice is known for cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics, implants, and general dentistry.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a high-performing practice team in a positive environment for both staff and patients.
* Assist with maintaining the overall financial performance of the practice.
* Ensure effective sterilisation, infection control standards, and stock control.
* Patient management; greeting and welcoming patients, answering phone enquiries, making and confirming appointments, checking and processing customer accounts.
* General administration including processing payments using EFTPOS and HiCaps.
* Proactively market your practice to drive patient numbers.
* Effectively manage recruitment and selection for all practice staff.
