The General Medicine Unit uses information systems and incorporate data to identify trends and facilitate patient flow across the service as well as lead the implementation of programs through effective use of teams, establishing clear plans, timelines and specific activities.
About your opportunity:
In this position you will.....
Provide leadership to effectively plan, manage and evaluate health services to achieve organisational goals.
Accountable for providing sound professional leadership in dealing with significant issues related to assessment, planning, review, evaluation and coordination of service programs in a defined practice area for groups and individuals with diverse requirements.
Effectively manage self, and in collaboration with Nurse Educators and other Nurse Unit Managers / Clinical Nurse Consultants, develop staff to enable fulfilment of role responsibilities.
