**The Role**
Day to day you will be responsible for everything involved with the repairs and maintenance process for the rent roll. There may be other ad-hoc duties to support the other team members at times.
This is a busy and varied role and you will be working alongside an amazing and supportive team. Further details on the role are:
- Dealing with day-to day maintenance requests
- Issuing work-orders and quote requests
- Invoice and quote reviews
- Insurance claims
- Inspections; including routine, ingoing and outgoing
- Dealing with trades, insurance companies, clients - Landlords and Tenants
- Liaising with tenants and suppliers as well as reporting to owners
- Support to the team as required
- Accurate data entry
- Monday to Friday role
If you want to be considered for this exciting opportunity you
**must** display the following:
- Previous Property Management experience in all aspects, including Repairs and Maintenance (minimum 12 months)
- The desire to learn and succeed in the commercial property industry
- Be able to prioritise and work methodically
- Communicate clearly, exceptional follow up skills and an eye for detail
- Have a happy and positive attitude
- Current SA Certificate of Registration
- Current SA driver's license
