The role involves converting sales inquiries and servicing renewing customers through exceptional customer experiences while achieving sales targets and KPIs.
Working in a fast-paced call centre, you will experience a structured environment that requires agility and the ability to work under pressure.This is a full-time position (37.5 hours/week), Monday to Friday, with shifts between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm.
Your shifts could be from 8.00 am – 4.00 pm or 12.00 pm – 8.00 pm, and full availability within these hours is required.
