Job Description This role is essentially about making sure the right aviation candidates are booked in, tested, and progressed smoothly through the ADF recruitment process.
You'll oversee scheduling, data management, reporting, and communication between different teams to keep everything running on time and on target.
It's a coordination and problem solving job where you work closely with Defence and recruitment staff, help streamline processes and ensure everyone has the information they need.
