Learning Experience Design Role
The primary objective of this position is to collaborate with cross-functional teams in the creation and development of engaging learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the design, development, and implementation of high-quality educational resources, activities, and assessments in various contexts.
* Work closely with internal stakeholders to co-design and develop innovative learning solutions.
* Ensure effective communication and alignment with client requirements through collaborative working practices.
* Utilize digital education technologies in curriculum design, including learning management systems and multimedia tools.
* Develop and maintain relationships with internal staff and external partners to achieve shared objectives.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
* Strong understanding of learning theories, assessment frameworks, pedagogical best practices, and their relationship to educational technologies.
* High-level problem-solving skills and adaptability using design thinking approaches.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building effective working relationships.
