Senior Property Manager - Eastern Suburbs An established and highly regarded real estate group in Melbourne's Eastern Suburbs is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join its growing team. With one of the largest residential portfolios in Victoria, this business offers the scale, systems and support that allow Property Managers to focus on delivering a high level of service without the burnout often associated with traditional portfolio management. You'll be managing a well-maintained portfolio of approximately 200 properties, supported by a large team and proven processes. Responsibilities Manage a residential portfolio of approximately 200 properties No routine inspections, full field team support Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants Handle lease renewals, rent reviews and tenancy matters Coordinate maintenance requests and liaise with contractors Manage arrears, VCAT matters and compliance requirements where required Deliver a high level of customer service and communication Work collaboratively with the wider Property Management team What's on Offer?
