About the role
At Titanium Caravans', we are seeking passionate and skilled Caravan Factory Workers to join our dynamic team in Campbellfield, Victoria. As a Caravan Factory Worker, you will be an integral part of our manufacturing process, contributing to the production of our high-quality caravans. This is a full-time role, offering the opportunity to be part of a growing and innovative company in the manufacturing, transport and logistics industry.
What you'll be doing
- Assisting in the assembly and installation of various caravan components, such as walls, floors, roofs, and fixtures
- Operating specialised machinery and tools to fabricate and install caravan parts with precision and efficiency
- Performing quality checks to ensure the finished caravans meet our high standards
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment to support the manufacturing process
- Collaborating with team members to identify and implement process improvements
- Contributing to a positive and safety-focused work culture
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly-line environment, preferably in the caravan or recreational vehicle industry
- Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and other specialised equipment
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality work
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow instructions
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
- A keen interest in the caravan and recreational vehicle industry
