We are seeking a full‐time Service Technician to join our dynamic team based in Albury, NSW.

As the Service Technician, your primary objectives are to service, repair, and deliver and/or pick up mobility & healthcare equipment in private homes, aged care facilities and hospitals and to ensure that all documentation matters relating to service, repair and maintenance are achieved.

A National Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check and COVID‐19 vaccination status are required for this position.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform annual maintenance, inspections and diagnose faults of range of healthcare equipment including hospital beds, lift chairs, walkers and scooters in private homes, facilities and inhouse
* Be able to build and modify mobility equipment according to a script
* Undertake efficient scheduling, time management and administrative duties
* Deliver excellence in customer service to a diverse range of people including individual in home clients or professional facilities
* Test and Tag equipment in the warehouse, at facilities and individual homes in accordance with Australian Safety Standards
* Undertake stock management and control
* Travel within the region to service, repair and deliver equipment
* Undertake training internally and with our authorised suppliers
* Excellent customer service skills with ability to develop a quick rapport with a diverse range of people
* Have basic knowledge of tools
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Unrestricted drivers licence
* Adhere to Australian road rules
* Maintain a current & satisfactory National Police Check
* Strong computer skills and experience in MS Office suite of products
* Fully Vaccinated against COVID‐19

Highly Desired

* Experience working in a service technician, warehousing, manual labouring role
* Microsoft Business Central WMS
* Electrical Test & Tag Licence (must be prepared to obtain if not held)
* Experience in serving and repairing auto electrical equipment
