ADS Care is seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations Manager to run the daily operations of our in-home care and clinical care services across NDIS and Attendant Care.
This is a dynamic, leadership role that requires being actively involved in day-to-day operations to ensure the seamless delivery of person-centered, high-quality care services. The Operations Manager will ensure that all services are delivered efficiently, meet regulatory and compliance standards, and align with best practices in care support.
The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a passion for healthcare operational excellence, team development, and fosters a culture of continuous improvement. The position primarily serves as a second-in-command role, reporting directly to the Operations Director.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operational Oversight:
Manage the day-to-day operations of clinical services, ensuring a strong focus on participant care delivery while providing leadership to coordination and rostering teams.
* Policy & Procedure Management:
Support the implementation and continuous improvement of policies, procedures, and strategies to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
* Compliance & Quality Assurance:
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations. Assist in ensuring compliance with accreditation standards and internal quality benchmarks.
* Staff Management:
Support staff performance evaluation, and professional development of clinical and support staff.
* Problem Resolution:
Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges and emergencies, ensuring minimal disruption to services.
* Leadership & Direction:
Provide clear guidance and support to team members, set performance goals, and foster a collaborative and motivated work environment.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field
* Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in NDIS operations or clinical management
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
* Knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
