The Brisbane Airport Hotels Group comprises the Pullman, Novotel and ibis Brisbane Airport Hotels, as well as the Brisbane Airport Conference Centre. Strategically located at the Brisbane Airport precinct, we offer a range of facilities including a Rooftop Event Space, Executive Lounge, 532 guest rooms, 3 restaurants and 17 meeting spaces.
This role executes training programs to support the development of talent within the group. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the organisation by identifying training needs, developing internal talent and facilitating in-house training programs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Facilitate training programs for various departments within the hotel
- Oversee onboarding and training processes
- Identify training needs to develop internal talent
- Partner with Leaders to ensure all training deadlines are met and coordinate future training needs
- Review and maintain a Training Needs Matrix and conduct training needs analysis of the workforce
- Plan, maintain and publish a calendar of face-to-face training activities based on organisational needs
- Perform other related duties as directed by the Director of Human Resources
**Requirements:**
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Management experience within the hospitality industry preferred
- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external
- Excellent planning and organisational skills, including high attention to detail
- Excellent personal presentation
- Experience in a similar role preferred but not essential
- Certificate 4 in Training & Assessment preferred but not essential
