Reliability Engineer Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Reliability Engineer to join our team and contribute to the improvement of our processing plants. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our plants.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in reliability engineering, with experience in identifying and implementing improvements to processing plants. You will be responsible for conducting analytical work, investigating downtime events, and providing permanent rectification of defects within the plants.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Conduct analytical work to identify and implement improvements to our processing plants.
* Investigate and report downtime events, diagnose root causes, and provide permanent rectification of defects within the plants.
* Ensure incidents and accidents are reported correctly to minimize risk and attend investigations where required.
* Coordinate plant equipment improvement trials, including technical input, tracking, and reporting.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of three years' experience in reliability engineering or a similar mineral processing environment.
* Sound analytical skills with problem-solving abilities.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with excellent presentation experience.
* Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) with a current 'C' class Western Australian drivers licence.
