Overview
Southern Cross Global is seeking a driven and relationship‐focused Manager, Study Abroad & Partnerships to lead international partnership development and student recruitment initiatives across study abroad, transnational education (TNE), and pathway channels. This newly created role supports SCU's international growth strategy and strengthens the University's global profile.
Responsibilities
* Driving international student recruitment growth through partnership and global mobility channels
* Developing and managing strategic relationships with offshore partners, pathway providers, and government stakeholders
* Identifying and progressing new business development opportunities aligned with University priorities
* Leading partner channel recruitment plans and supporting transnational education and study abroad initiatives
* Representing SCU at international events, partnership meetings, and global engagement activities
Qualifications
* A relevant degree and 5 years subsequent experience in international student recruitment and business development, or equivalent
* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder and partner relationships across diverse cultural contexts
* Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Experience developing and implementing strategic initiatives or projects to achieve business outcomes
* Knowledge of the international education sector and Australian regulatory requirements relating to international students
Job Details
* Full‐time, continuing (permanent)
* Located at either Gold Coast, QLD 4225 or Lismore, NSW 2480. Relocation assistance is available.
* HEW Level 7. Base salary ranges from $108,361 – $117,660 per annum, plus 17 % employer's contribution to superannuation. Total remuneration package up to $137,662.
