Overview
A pioneering Web3 infrastructure group at the forefront of privacy-preserving computation is hiring a Chief Financial Officer to lead global financial strategy, operations, and governance. You’ll own everything from treasury management and forecasting to investor relations and crypto-native finance. The ideal candidate combines CFO-level leadership in tech or fintech with hands-on crypto treasury and token management experience.
What you’ll do
- Drive financial strategy across fiat and digital assets
- Manage banking, reporting, forecasting, and risk
- Oversee compliance, audits, and tax obligations
- Lead treasury and asset management (custody, yield, liquidity)
- Administer token vesting and unlock schedules
- Build financial models and scenario forecasts
- Partner closely with executive leadership to guide growth
What we’re looking for
- 10+ years in finance leadership (CFO / VP Finance)
- 5+ years in crypto, Web3, or DeFi environments
- Deep knowledge of treasury, tokenomics & financial modeling
- Strong understanding of compliance and audit standards (EU / US)
- Entrepreneurial, strategic, and comfortable in rapid-moving teams
Nice to have
- Experience with crypto foundations or Swiss associations
- Background in fund management or DeFi investing
Location: Remote – Europe or US East Coast
Compensation: Competitive base + token package
