About This Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team at the Stawell site. As part of our leadership team, you will play a key role in cultivating a safe and high-performing culture.
This is a hands-on HR role where you will advise on HR matters including workforce planning, employee engagement, operating discipline, and organisational change.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day and long-term workforce planning.
* Deliver a diverse range of HR functions in a dynamic working environment.
* Partner with operational and functional teams to govern site and business standards and processes.
* Advocate for cultural diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunity practices.
* Prepare and utilise HR reports to drive business performance, requiring strong analytics and reporting capabilities.
* Provide technical expertise to leaders in managing performance and conduct.
* Contribute to the execution of Employee Relations Strategy.
* Provide advice on employment instruments and legislation.
To Be Successful In This Role:
You will need to be an experienced HR Leader with a background in operations, manufacturing, or FMCG. You must possess excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to build effective business partnerships.
Required Qualifications And Experience:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role.
* Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management, psychology, or a related field.
* A strong understanding of HR tools and processes.
* The ability to think conceptually and drive practical solutions.
