Atlassian's Growth Team is seeking a strategic and execution-driven Product Manager to lead the Loom cross-sell initiative.
Key Responsibilities
1. Own the end-to-end product strategy for cross-selling Loom to Atlassian customers—from discovery to activation.
2. Identify high-leverage integration points between Loom and Atlassian products to surface video messaging in the user journey at just the right moments.
3. Develop a deep understanding of user segments, personas, and use cases to ensure Loom is positioned as an intuitive complement to Atlassian workflows.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be proficient in product management principles, have excellent communication skills, and be able to drive growth initiatives from concept to launch.
