The Position
This company is looking for a Business Development Manager to join them, working in Queensland managing a territory around South Brisbane and the Gold Coast, with a strong mix of in‑office, on‑the‑road and WFH (working from home) in an effort to build a strong portfolio of customers.
Other facets of the role are:
* Drive growth of the business through the acquisition of new accounts
* Create bespoke and tailored proposals for new customers
* Manage key accounts once incepted
* Manage new and existing tenders
* Regular reporting back to State and Head offices
* Liaising with Operations and Accounts teams for full overview of customer accounts

* A salary of up to $120k pa + Super

The Candidate
In order to be considered for this role the ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar Business Development Manager, Key Account Manager or Area Sales Manager role within the Waste Management / Collections marketplace
* Is a strong communicator and analytical problem solver
