Act for
private sector clients and assist in the day-to-day conduct of litigation
in the Land & Environment Court and Supreme Court. Attending callovers and directions hearings. Legislation and case law research as well as drafting advice, briefs to barristers and expert witnesses, Court documents and voluntary planning agreements.
