Job Title
Provide proactive sales support and coordinate quotations, sales orders, and new truck up-fit activities for the Sales Department.
In this role you will:
- Coordinate new and used truck fit-up activities for the Sydney Sales Department with both internal and external suppliers.
- Organize workflow and ensure accuracy of tasks completed with the pre-delivery process.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and suppliers through effective communication and negotiation.
- Coordinate truck movements between internal and external stakeholders in an efficient and timely manner.
Requirements
- Experience in a technical or sales coordination role, including customer relationship management.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and other computer operating systems.
- Demonstrated administrative skills with the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Effective time management and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to produce written work to a high standard.
