* Knowledge and application of Nutrition principles
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to motivate clients and effectively tailor training sessions to meet individual needs
* Certification in fitness, personal training, or a related field
* Knowledge of fitness trends and best practices
* First aid and CPR certification is a strong advantage
