**Our client is a boutique consultancy with a focus on the Energy, Infrastructure and Environment sectors. They have a current and immediate opportunity for a highly skilled and efficient Corporate Services Manager to work across the business in a varied role.**
**The Role**:
As the Corporate Services Manager (CSM), you will play a pivotal role in harmonising our operational activities. Collaborating closely with the Chief Executive Officer, financial team, and state operational managers, you'll be at the forefront of overseeing Quality Management, Human Resources, Work Health & Safety, Information Services, Administration, Facilities Management, and Information Technology.
**Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Implementation**: Translate company strategy into actionable steps and implement initiatives that align with industry best practices.
**Operational Excellence**: Analyse internal operations, ensuring coherence, efficiency, and relevance to industry best practices.
**Financial Oversight**: Liaise with the Financial Department, reporting monthly financial outcomes with the utmost confidentiality and accuracy.
**Leadership Support**: Offer support and advice to the Leadership team, participating in ad-hoc ELT and Board discussions.
**Policy Development**: Develop policies and guidelines in collaboration with the Executive Leadership and relevant corporate services teams.
**Expense Management**: Manage operational expenses in line with company budgets, ensuring financial prudence.
**Administrative Efficiency**:
- _Task Oversight_: Supervise all administrative tasks, fostering seamless coordination with the Project Management Office (PMO).
- _Hands-On Approach:_ Take charge of key administrative tasks essential to maintaining smooth workflows.
- _Optimised Filing Structures:_ Implement and ensure that filing structures across the business are optimised for the most efficient data recall. Your keen attention to detail will contribute to a streamlined and organised operational environment.
**Talent Management**: Facilitate effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and retention in collaboration with the People and Culture team.
**Contracts Management**: Manage leases and vendor contracts within defined risk and financial boundaries.
**About You**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, HR, or Construction Management
