The Opportunity:
Bupa Medical Pyrmont is a contemporary and compact site in a vibrant location, close to public transport. This centre looks after all the healthcare needs of employees at Google Headquarters We have a versatile, exciting and rewarding opportunity at our Bupa Medical Pyrmont available for Medical Receptionists seeking permanent part-time work:
* Our clinic is open Monday to Thursday, 8am to 4:30pm
* Small, close knit team
* Meet and greet patients, providing a great first impression
* Book and amend appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records
* Supporting the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice
* Processing payments via EFTPOS, HICAPs and Medicare
* Accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality
* High-end patient care; building & maintaining relationships with all clients in a friendly & warm manner
You'll be:
* Available to work Monday to Thursday, 8am to 4:30pm – long weekend every week
* Previous Medical Reception experience preferred
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* Passionate about customer service and patient care
* Organised with attention to detail
* Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner
