Premier Services Australia (PSA) is a growing building and maintenance company delivering projects across Perth. We pride ourselves on reliability, quality workmanship and getting the job done properly.
We are now looking for a strong, hands‐on Operations Coordinator to take control of the day‐to‐day planning and coordination of our projects.
This is not a sit‐back office role. This is a busy, high‐responsibility position for someone who wants to run the operational heartbeat of the business.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing the flow of work between the office and job sites. Your responsibilities will include:
* Scheduling and coordinating all jobs and trades
* Planning daily and weekly workloads
* Ordering materials and ensuring site readiness
* Advanced expertise in construction industry knowledge for material ordering and trade coordination is essential
* Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors
* Managing correspondence between sites, clients and office
* Problem‐solving site issues quickly and practically
* Visiting sites when required
* Ensuring projects move forward without delays
* Supporting directors with operational oversight
You will effectively be the central point of coordination for the business.
About You
This role suits someone who:
* Has experience in construction, maintenance, or trade‐based businesses
* Minimum 5+ years of experience in construction, maintenance, or trade‐based businesses is required
* Is highly organised and thrives in a fast‐paced environment
* Can think ahead and anticipate problems before they occur
* Communicates confidently with trades, suppliers and clients
* Is comfortable taking ownership and making decisions
* Works with urgency and accountability
* Understands that sometimes extra hours are required to get the job done

Previous experience specifically in operations coordination or project scheduling is required.
