Our Automotive Parts Interpreters Are Experts Who
1. Provide technical support to our trade and retail customers using their automotive parts/mechanical knowledge.
2. Build effective customer relationships.
3. Are skilled sellers and problem solvers, using up-to-date product information and knowledge.
4. Are committed to providing genuine service, creating lasting impressions and moments that matter for customers.
5. Enjoy working in a busy phone customer contact role.
6. Are safety conscious and strive to maintain a safe work environment for themselves and teammates.
The Successful Applicant Will
1. Have prior automotive parts or mechanical experience.
2. Be passionate about customer service with some sales experience.
3. Communicate effectively in both technical and non-technical terms.
4. Be a natural problem solver, solutions-focused, with sound computer skills.
5. Be proactive, driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
6. Have flexible availability and a valid driver’s license (manual preferred).
7. Be willing to work flexible days if required.
