What You’ll Be Doing
In this dynamic, hands-on role, you’ll oversee projects from initial assessment through to successful completion. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conduct site assessments to evaluate damage and prepare clear, accurate estimates, detailed reports, and professional quotes.
- Manage end-to-end project workflows, including material procurement, trade allocation, and scheduling to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.
- Perform regular site inspections to monitor progress, uphold quality standards, and ensure compliance with industry and safety regulations.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, managing expectations, and ensuring outstanding service delivery.
- Enforce health and safety standards across all job sites, ensuring that all work is carried out in line with safety protocols and legislative requirements.
The Ideal Candidate
We're seeking someone who brings energy, expertise, and a positive mindset to the role:
- Insurance industry experience –including engaging tradespeople, scheduling workflows, and managing multiple projects.
- Site leadership skills – you're an experienced Supervisor who’s confident on-site and ready to take the next step in your career.
- Strong estimating and reporting skills – you scope, quote, and deliver.
- Excellent time management – you thrive under pressure and stay organised when things get busy.
- Clear communicator – you're confident working with clients and trades alike, and always bring a can-do attitude.
- Project management pro – you're comfortable managing several jobs at once.
- Bonus points if you have a trade qualification or experience with Prime software.

- All successful candidates must complete a National Police Check and Pre-Employment Medical as part of the recruitment process.
