We are seeking a friendly, organised receptionist to support the day‐to‐day operations of our GP Medical Practice on a part‐time basis. Responsibilities include greeting patients, managing appointments, answering phones, processing patient billing, and providing general administrative support to clinicians and the practice team.
The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, confidence using practice software, and the ability to maintain a calm, professional approach in a fast‐paced environment. Experience in medical practice reception is required. This role is suited to someone who is reliable, warm, and highly organised.
