We are looking for:
Our StarTrack Shepparton facility are currently seeking an Administration Clerk to work Monday to Friday, permanent full time.
Duties include but are not limited to:
* Greeting visitors, clients & contractors to the site prior to entry
* Management of Agency Personnel including timesheets, bookings & invoicing
* Processing of all purchase orders for the site
* Purchasing & Invoicing Register updating & maintenance (Excel)
* Processing of Staff Leave Application Forms (Kronos/Excel)
* Monitoring & reporting ie. Consumable Usage/Costs, Labour Hours
* Maintaining clean and stocked Office & Kitchenette areas
* Archiving/Filing
* Day to day general operations as required
Roster/Pay
* Monday to Friday
* 8.30am – 5pm
* $30.16 p/h
