As a result, a newly created senior role has been established within the Risk & Compliance function to build and embed enterprise-wide contract governance capability. The Opportunity Reporting to the Director of Risk, this role sits within the Risk & Compliance team and is responsible for establishing and managing enterprise-wide contract obligations and governance frameworks. This is a greenfield position, focused on ensuring contractual commitments across supplier, customer, and financing agreements are clearly defined, tracked, and governed across the organisation. Working at the intersection of Risk, Legal, Commercial and Operations, you will play a key role in building structure, driving accountability, and providing oversight of contractual risk in a complex and evolving environment. Key Responsibilities Establish and implement a contract obligations management framework across the organisation Develop and maintain obligations registers and libraries across material supplier, customer and financing agreements Translate contractual terms into clear operational requirements, ownership responsibilities and key controls Monitor and track obligations across executed agreements, ensuring ongoing compliance and visibility Identify, assess and escalate contractual risks, issues and potential breaches Provide oversight and reporting on contractual obligations, risk exposure and performance Implement and embed governance, accountability and control frameworks Partner with Risk, Legal, Internal Audit, Finance and business stakeholders to ensure consistent contract management practices About You You will bring: Proven experience in contract governance, obligations management, contractual compliance or procurement compliance Strong understanding of complex commercial agreements and contractual interpretation Experience building frameworks, governance models and processes from the ground up Strong stakeholder engagement across Risk, Legal, Procurement and business teams Background within banking, infrastructure, consulting, energy, technology or similarly complex environments Exposure to supplier, customer and financing/debt agreements A commercially pragmatic mindset, with the ability to balance risk and business outcomes Ability to operate at a senior level within a Risk-led environment Why Apply Newly created, high-impact senior role reporting to Director level Opportunity to build and shape enterprise-wide governance frameworks from scratch Exposure to complex, high-value commercial agreements Join a fast-growing, globally expanding organisation Strong visibility across Risk, Legal and Commercial leadership This is a rare opportunity for a senior contracts, governance or risk professional looking to step into a strategic, enterprise-wide role within a dynamic and growing business.
