MCS Logistics Group Pty Ltd is a New South Wales-based logistics company providing third-party logistics (3PL) services, including warehousing, order fulfilment, distribution, and transport coordination. Due to business growth, the company is seeking a full-time Office Manager to join its team. The role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day office operations, administrative support, financial coordination, and internal communication to ensure efficient business operations and support logistics activities. Responsibilities and Tasks: - Manage day‑to‑day office operations including scheduling, phone/email enquiries and internal admin workflows. - Maintain client and job records, ensuring data accuracy and prompt follow‑up on quotes and bookings. - Coordinate invoices, payments and basic bookkeeping tasks, liaising with external accountants as needed. - Monitor office supplies, equipment and maintenance requirements, initiating procurement or repairs as needed. - Implement and uphold customer service standards, responding to incoming complaints or escalations and tracking resolutions. - Assist marketing and social‑media efforts by coordinating content, monitoring reviews and liaising with the broader team. - Prepare regular management reports (e.g., performance metrics, job completion rates, client satisfaction) to support strategic decisions. - Ensuring compliance with workplace health, safety standards, and relevant legislation, policies, and procedures. - Overseeing staffing activities such as hiring, employee growth, training, allocation and daily team management. Qualifications and Skills: - Relevant qualification and/or equivalent work experience. - Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position. - Strong interpersonal and organisational skills, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer‑service focus. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with basic accounting or job‑management software. - Demonstrated ability to proactively identify issues and implement improvements. Salary: The role offers a remuneration package ranging from $75,000 - $90,000 p.a plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
