Building Manager – Wentworth Point
This is a hands-on, site-based role suited to a confident Building Manager who understands how to run residential buildings professionally, efficiently, and with a strong service mindset.
The Role You will take full operational responsibility for a residential community, acting as the key onsite representative and first point of contact for owners, residents, contractors, and the Strata Manager.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Day-to-day management of the residential building(s)
* Contractor coordination and supervision (cleaning, lifts, fire, security, maintenance, etc.)
* Issuing work orders and monitoring service delivery
* Conducting building inspections and managing defects and repairs
* Enforcing by-laws and managing resident issues professionally
* Assisting with AGMs, committee meetings and reporting
* WHS, fire compliance and building safety oversight
* Maintaining high presentation standards across common areas
Required Experience
* 3–4+ years' experience as a Residential Building Manager
* Proven experience managing strata-titled residential buildings
* Strong understanding of building operations, contractor management and compliance
* Confident communication skills — professional, calm and assertive when required
* The ability to deal effectively with owners, residents, and committees
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* A service-driven mindset with the ability to build trust onsite
