The Role
* Provide an exceptional customer experience
* Problem solve and diffuse any customer queries to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
* Leading and motivating cashier team within the store in accordance with the company's standards and guidelines
* Driving sales and achieving KPI's for your department
* Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of products and promotions including awareness of new arrivals, best sellers and offering alternatives
* Taking primary responsibility for till operations and security within the store and driving excellent customer service at the cash desk
* Investigating, reporting and resolving discrepancies
* Planning and managing the rosters for the cashier team
* Engaging with relevant training and development of the team (as directed by management)
About You
* Strong desire to provide an exceptional customer service experience
* Confident and clear communication skills and ability to resolve conflict in a professional manner
* Passionate about leading your team to success
* Experience with supervising a team
* Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
* Desire professional growth and inspire the same for your team
* Availability to work 38 hours per week and commit to a set roster that includes a mix of weekdays & weekends
