Known for its beautiful setting, produce-driven menu and vibrant atmosphere, Stringers has become a destination for locals and visitors alike. We are currently looking for experienced Waitstaff, Baristas and Bartenders to join our team as we head into another busy season. Whether you love crafting great coffee, delivering memorable service on the floor, or shaking cocktails behind the bar — we'd love to hear from you. About the Role
We are seeking energetic hospitality professionals who take pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You'll be working within a supportive team environment in a fast-paced venue that values professionalism, personality and attention to detail. Roles available include: • Waitstaff / Section Waiters
• Baristas
• Bartenders
Full-time, part-time and casual positions available.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver warm, professional service to guests
• Work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Maintain strong product knowledge across food and beverages
• Prepare high quality coffee and drinks (barista roles)
• Prepare cocktails, beer and wine service (bar roles)
• Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure smooth service
What We're Looking For
• Previous hospitality experience preferred
• Passion for food, coffee, wine and great service
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to stay calm under pressure
• Excellent communication skills
• Availability across weekends and busy periods
