About the Opportunity
As a Youth Worker based at the Sarina Youth Centre, you'll work closely with young people, helping them access resources, develop new skills, and build confidence. You'll collaborate with a supportive team to deliver engaging programs, provide case support, and create a welcoming space for all. Your work will directly impact the lives of youth and their families in Sarina.
What You will Do
* Run daily activities, programs, and events at the Sarina Youth Centre
* Connect with young people to understand their needs and link them to essential services
* Help design and deliver programs tailored to the Sarina community
* Support at‑risk youth and their families through advocacy and engagement
* Mentor and encourage volunteers involved in youth activities
* Promote a safe, inclusive, and positive environment for everyone
