The pharmacy operates extended trading hours seven days a week and is well established within the area, providing a broad range of professional and retail services to a loyal customer base.
Job Specification:
As Retail Manager, you will oversee the front‐of‐shop operations of this medium‐size community pharmacy. You will lead and support a team of approximately 10 retail staff.
* Previous retail management experience in community pharmacy.
* Strong leadership and HR management capability.
* Sound financial and inventory management skills.
* Approachable, team‐focused leadership style.
Responsibilities will include HR management, rostering, staff training and development, inventory control, and financial activities including accounts oversight. You will ensure smooth day‐to‐day operations across the store, supporting both retail and dispensary teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (no weekends or evenings).
Salary & Benefits:
$35 per hour plus superannuation. Negotiable based on experience.
