What You'll Do
Depending on your role, duties may include:
* Creating safe, engaging, play-based learning environments
* Supporting children's developmental milestones and learning outcomes
* Building strong relationships with families and the centre community
* Delivering quality programs aligned to the Early Years Learning Framework
* Ensuring compliance with National Quality Standards
* Leading, mentoring, or supporting educators (leadership roles)
* Preparing nutritious meals and supporting children's wellbeing (Cook roles)
What You'll Bring
Requirements vary between roles but may include:
* A relevant Early Childhood qualification (Cert III, Diploma, Bachelor of ECT)
* Leadership experience (for Director and Assistant Director roles)
* Prior experience in early childhood education
* A valid Working with Children Check / Ochre Card / Blue Card (state-based)
* Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates
* Food Safety qualifications (for Cook roles)
* A warm, caring, inclusive approach to working with children and families
* A commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement
