Job Title: System Support and Process Engineering Team Leader
A team leader is needed to lead a small team engaged in a range of activities, including IT systems support, as well as research and design of enhancements to business processes.
The ideal candidate will be a motivated and capable individual with strong project delivery, analytical, and communication skills. They will thrive in an environment where leadership, initiative, and strategic thinking are highly valued.
* Be part of a collaborative and professional team, working on projects that improve the administration of taxation, grants and rebate legislation through user-focused solutions.
* Identify, design and deliver enhancements to business systems that directly support the administration of Tasmania's taxation, grant and rebate schemes.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including system business users, developers, and management to ensure solutions are practical and effective.
This is an exciting opportunity to work through the lifecycle from initial design of systems enhancements right through to implementation and ongoing support of those systems.
