**Digital Pathology Project Administration Officer**

Monash Health in conjunction with Alfred Health, is excited to announce the key role of Digital Pathology Project Admin Officer for the Shared Pathology Laboratory Information System Project. Reporting to the Director Digital Pathology in a hybrid work arrangement, the Project Admin Officer will be a Monash Health employee working in close collaboration with the Alfred/Monash Shared Pathology Project Teams.

Monash Health are working in partnership with Alfred Health,?as part of the?South East Metro Health Service Partnership, to reconsider how Pathology services?are delivered?as a shared entity, in context of wider pathology reforms across Victoria.?The project will run in conjunction with broader pathology system reform being undertaken by the Department of Health.

Underpinning this service is the establishment of a Laboratory Information System and the various respective technology components. The Digital Pathology Project Admin Officer will join the team responsible for the Laboratory Information System (LIS) implementation providing high quality administrative assistance for all project and related activities.

**About The Role**

This position will be responsible for the execution of key administrative processes including the diary management, KRONOS management, scheduling meetings, acting as a minute secretary, ordering stationary and other items such as computer equipment, contract management (purchase orders, invoices and accounts payable) leave, and personnel related tasks to support the efficient execution of the Program.

**About You**

You will have previous experience as an Administration Officer, Program Administrator or Personal Assistant with:

- Minimum of 3 year related administrative experience is strongly desirable;
- Ability to prioritise own workload, multiple tasks and meet deadlines;
- Ability to deal with difficult matters in a confidential and professional manner always, and to be able to work under pressure when certain situations arise;
- Flexibility and adaptability of working hours to attend meetings and special activities in accordance to operational requirements and to undertake duties as required;
- Highly organised, ability to prioritise and multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
- Demonstrated ability to manage a range of complex tasks within and across a number of areas at the one time;
- Excellent writing skills including a demonstrated ability to prepare reports using transparent, concise language and organise information into a logical sequence and include content appropriate for the purpose and the audience;
- Ability to effectively communicate with multi-function streams and diverse stakeholders;
- Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to interact with all levels of the organization; and
