**About the Company**:
For over 30 years, Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) has helped Western Australian families with sick children stay together, and close to the medical care they need. The organisation plays a unique role in enabling, facilitating, and supporting family-centred care within the maternity, child, and adolescent health systems by creating programs and delivering services that positively impact sick children's health and well-being.
WA's Ronald McDonald House is a unique and special place of joy, laughter, learning, and community brought together by the bravest of children from all walks of life. They advocate for a world where all children have access to medical care, and their families are supported and actively involved in their children's care. At its core, RMHC WA seeks out innovative and compassionate solutions that will foster resilience in families beyond the service provided to them.
**About the Role**:
This is a key senior leadership role, reporting to the CEO, which exists to support the Executive Team in safeguarding the values and culture of the organisation, and to deliver the People and Culture elements of the Strategic Plan. Delivering both strategically and operationally, the Executive Manager People and Culture needs to understand the big picture, while being able and willing to execute some of the fundamental human resource practices.
The role supports all leaders to manage their people matters across the full spectrum of recruitment, talent, management, leadership development, employee engagement, reward, change management, conflict resolution and so on.
Our client is looking for a bold, caring and collaborative leader who can deliver contemporary people practices, and ensure all activities, decisions, and actions align with RMHC WA's strongly held values.
**Job Requirements**:
To secure this career opportunity, above all else, you will embody RMHC WA's values of Family, Integrity, Inclusion, Energy, and Excellence. Your communication skills will be one of your key strengths, and you will be able to effectively engage Board members, staff, families and children, and external stakeholders. You will reflect the contemporary nature of RMHC WA with your own style and skillset, and as an Executive, be able to manage work with strong initiative and independence.
**Benefits**:
In return, you will receive a very attractive remuneration package including salary packaging, flexible working options, career development and growth opportunities, additional leave, quarterly staff team events, and the satisfaction that comes from working with an organisation that is a trusted and respected brand and has such a positive impact on sick children and their families.
